We will answer questions or requests from the customer as soon as possible, but no later than within three working days of their delivery.

The offer of products available in the online store is continuously updated, depending on the availability of individual types of products.

The seller does not guarantee the continuous availability of all products. The range of products depends on the possibilities of supplementing products that may be influenced by third parties or the unpredictability of nature.

The price of the products is stated in euros and including VAT.

Prices without VAT, VAT, and prices with VAT are listed in the invoice, which serves as a tax document.

The seller has the right to adjust the prices of the products. These modifications are valid after their publication in the e-shop, i.e. within the product prices.

The prices that were current on the day when he made the purchase, i.e. on the day of the order confirmation, always apply to the customer.

An order is a purchase document that contains:

  • List of products, including quantity, unit price, and total price with VAT
  • Delivery method
  • Payment method
  • The total price of the order, including the price for delivery
  • Customer data required for delivery and issuance of a tax document:

    • Billing data, i.e. full address of the company’s registered office, ID number, VAT number (if it has one), VAT number (if it has one)
    • Delivery address, if different from the registered office address of the company

Each order can be edited before sending it by returning to the previous step of the purchasing process.

Before sending, i.e. confirming the order, the customer must confirm his agreement with these Terms and Conditions, by checking the box (checkbox) next to the link to the Terms and Conditions. These are located in a clearly visible place above the button by which the customer confirms the order, the button “I order binding”.

The order cannot be sent without confirmation of agreement with the Business Conditions.

By sending the order, which is realized after clicking on the “Binding order” button and confirming the receipt of the order by the seller to the customer’s e-mail address, a contractual relationship is established between the seller and the customer. The rights and obligations of the contracting parties are defined in these Terms and Conditions.

The products are usually delivered by third parties, which are:

  • Slovak Post (within the whole of Slovakia and the Czech Republic)
  • Courier service Nektaran (only within Bratislava, on working days from 9.00 to 16.30)
  • GLS courier service (throughout Slovakia)

The customer can request a different method of delivery than Slovak Post (for example, faster by some courier service) outside Bratislava. Such delivery and the price for it must be agreed upon in person. Therefore, please contact our Customer Service.

Based on the previous agreement, the customer can also pick up the products in person at the premises of the seller, the company Nektaran s.r.o on Obchodná Street no. 534/60 in Bratislava.

The price of postage and packaging is added to the price of the products:

  • Delivery by Slovak Post in Slovakia – 3.90 € *
  • Delivery courier Nektaran within Bratislava – 0,00 €
  • Delivery by courier service  GLS, within Slovakia – 3.90 €
  • Delivery by Slovak post to the Czech Republic – 9.00 € *.

* The price of delivery by Slovak Post within Slovakia and the Czech Republic is the same for cash on delivery.

If the price of the order exceeds 50 €, the price for delivery within Slovakia is 0 €.

  • The price for delivery for Personal Collection is 0 €. (Collection point is at Obchodná 534/60, Bratislava)

The customer has several payment options for the order:

  • PayPal  – online payment for customers who have a PayPal account
  • By bank transfer  – the customer pays by bank transfer to our IBAN: SK40 0900 00000051 4355 5815
  • Cash on delivery  – upon delivery by Slovak Post (paid in cash at the post office or postal deliveryman)
  • VIAMO  – mobile payment by scanning the QR code on the screen (for VIAMO users)

All online payments are made on the customer’s bank website. The seller will receive from the bank only information about the success of the payment with the data necessary for its identification.

The order can be canceled/canceled within 24 hours at our Customer Service, namely:

When canceling an order, it is necessary to state the order number, the name of the customer, and the contact to identify it.

Order cancellation will be handled by our Customer Service, which will contact the customer if necessary to verify or complete the data.

The cancellation of the order is confirmed by an e-mail message to the e-mail address specified in the order.

If the order has already been paid, the seller is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer within 14 days after confirmation of the cancellation.

An order for which the method of delivery by the Nektaran courier service has been chosen cannot be canceled, as these orders are shipped express, practically immediately after the order.

The order is usually shipped within 5 working days of receipt. The customer is informed about the dispatch of the order by e-mail.

The order is delivered to the address specified by the customer as the delivery address.

If it is necessary to extend the delivery time of the order, the customer is contacted by Customer Service. In this case, the customer may refuse or confirm a later delivery.

According to the Act on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order Sales, no. 102/2014 Coll., The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of concluding the contract, i.e. order confirmation. If the end of the period falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is postponed to the next working day.

The goods that the customer wants to return must be undamaged, unused, clean, and fully functional, and packed in the original undamaged packaging.

The seller is obliged to take over the goods and return to the consumer no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract the price paid for the goods, including costs associated with the delivery of goods.

The costs associated with the return of goods (packaging, the price for return delivery to the seller) are paid by the customer.

The delivered order also includes an invoice (tax document), which also serves as a delivery and warranty card.

The customer must keep the invoice and submit it to the seller upon request in the event of a complaint.

The warranty period within the EU is 24 months. For food, in this case, tea and tea products, the warranty period applies, which is marked on the packaging as the minimum shelf life or expiration date.

The warranty does not cover damage to the goods, which was caused by improper storage and exposure of the goods to conditions that are contrary to the recommendations of the manufacturer, respectively. Seller, as well as careless handling.

The seller undertakes to deliver the goods in the quality and quantity corresponding to the order.

The customer is obliged to check the delivered goods after receipt and in case of damage or discrepancies regarding the order and to inform the seller about these facts as soon as possible.

The customer may claim goods that have not been damaged by improper storage and display of goods to conditions that are in conflict with the manufacturer’s recommendations, respectively. The seller or careless handling.

For the needs of communication, as well as order processing, the Customer enters his personal data into the forms of the online store.

By sending the form, the customer confirms his consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of:

  • order delivery,
  • communication with him by the Customer Service of the Seller,
  • e-commerce accounting processing,
  • Marketing communication.

By confirming the forms for the Newsletter, the Customer gives his consent to the use of personal data also for the purposes of:

  • Sending information about news and events of the online store to an e-mail address.

All personal data will be stored in the database of the online store, which is managed on a secure server.

The Seller is responsible for the secure storage of personal data and also undertakes that this data will not be provided to third parties, except in the case of a third party responsible for order delivery, accounting processing and processing of competitions and other marketing communication of the online store.

The customer confirms his consent to the indefinite storage of personal data provided during the purchase in the online store. This consent may be revoked at any time in writing, but for accounting purposes it is necessary to keep them in the storage system for at least 10 years.

The online store is intended exclusively for the purchase of products that it offers in its catalog.

The seller, who is the operator of the online store, does not guarantee its continuous operation and is not liable for damages incurred by the customer in the event of impossibility to execute the order due to failure or interruption of the online store.

All information and photographs published within the online store are the exclusive property of Nektaran s.r.o and their further use is not possible without its express consent.

The stated Business Terms and Conditions are valid for their publication on the online store website.

The Customer agrees with these Terms and Conditions by checking the box next to the sentence “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” and then confirm the order by clicking on the “Binding order” button.

Terms and conditions that are not defined in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the relevant provisions of law and legal regulations in force in the Slovak Republic.
